  • Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 5)

 

Information we do not intentionally collect:

  • We do not knowingly collect detailed health records, diagnoses, or medical documentation. Any health-related information shared in posts or submissions is provided voluntarily by the user as part of their caregiving story, not requested or verified by us.

  • We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. Our site is intended for adult caregivers; where a submission describes a child or teen, that information is provided by the adult caregiver, not the minor themselves.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

  • Operate and maintain the Community and Library

  • Publish submitted stories, posts, or media according to the permissions you specify in our separate consent form

  • Communicate with you about your account, submissions, or site updates

  • Monitor and moderate content for safety and community guidelines

  • Understand general site usage to improve the website

  • Respond to support requests or questions

 

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Sharing of Your Information

We may share information:

  • Publicly, as you direct — content you submit for publication (posts, stories, videos) is shared according to the identification preference (named or anonymous) you select in our consent form. Any story, post, or media you submit for publication may also be shared on our social media accounts (such as Instagram or Facebook) in addition to appearing on this website, consistent with the identification preference you selected.
