This group exists because most review sites don't tell you what you actually need to know before placing a loved one in assisted living. Here, caregivers share detailed, honest accounts of their real experience — the kind of specifics that are hard to find anywhere else.
When you post a review, try to cover:
Staff responsiveness. How quickly did staff respond to requests or concerns? Did that change over time?
Medical and emergency handling. How were medical needs managed day to day? If there was ever an emergency, how did the facility respond?
Would you recommend it, and why? Be specific — what made the difference, good or bad?
A few ground rules:
Please tag your post with the facility name so others can search for it easily.
Speak from your own experience. Avoid secondhand accounts or rumors.
Be honest, but keep it constructive — this is meant to help other caregivers make informed decisions, not to settle scores.
As with all groups here, please don't share the full name or identifying details of the resident you're reviewing on behalf of.
