Mountain View Senior Center - Really nice community center with a lot going on!
Mountain View Senior Center is clean, spacious, and welcoming, and the staff are friendly and helpful. There are tons of activities for seniors, including exercise classes, Tai Chi, Zumba, billiards, ping pong, painting, meditation, movies, and more. They also have a computer area, library, lounge spaces, affordable lunches, and regular trips and community events.
It’s also more than just a senior center. The facility hosts community meetings, parties, performances, classes, and other events, and the rooms are large enough for bigger groups. The annual holiday bazaar is especially nice, with crafts made by local seniors and performances from kids and youth groups.
I also really like the atmosphere here. People seem to come not only for the activities but also to socialize, have lunch with friends, or just relax and spend some time together. The center is conveniently located near Rengstorff Park, so it’s easy to take a walk and…
